After your Foundations First assessment, this package offers a supportive and flexible next step. It includes six sessions (“contacts”) which may be used for:
Each session is typically up to 60 minutes, with flexibility depending on your child’s engagement, the nature of support, and communication needs.
You’ll receive a mid-point check-in and a short written summary at the end of the block. These are included as part of the six contacts.
One-off session (30–45 mins) to explore concerns or provide guidance—ideal while waiting on NHS support or if unsure about next steps
Attendance at a school or nursery meeting, or direct liaison visit (up to 60 mins)
A short written update (not a full report), to support referrals or school communication
