How I Work With You?

Saturday Clinics — Melbourne

In-person sessions at my clinic at 43 Clyveden Avenue, Melbourne. Saturday clinic places are limited — join the waiting list to be first to hear when bookings open.

Home Visits — Melbourne

I come to you. In-home sessions allow me to work with your child in a familiar environment, which can be particularly effective for younger children or those who find new settings difficult.

School Visits — Melbourne

I work directly with your child in their school setting and can support teaching staff with strategies to carry over into the classroom.

Online Therapy — International

Sessions delivered via Zoom or Microsoft Teams. Available to families anywhere in the world. All you need is a device and an internet connection.

Parent Workshops

Practical workshops for parents and carers covering communication strategies, understanding your child’s needs, and how to support them at home. Available both online and in-person.

Staff Training & Workshops

Workshops for educators, teaching assistants and school staff supporting children with communication differences. Available online and in-person.

Does Online Therapy Work?

Research consistently shows that online speech and language therapy is as effective as in-person therapy for the vast majority of children. Here’s why it works — and why for many families it actually works better.

Your child is more relaxed

Sessions happen at home, in a familiar environment, with their own toys and routines. No waiting rooms, no new settings, no disruption.

Parents are more involved

Online sessions naturally include you in the room. Research shows that when parents are actively involved in therapy, children make faster progress.

I see your child in their real world

Observing your child at home tells me far more than a clinic ever could. I can see how they play, how they interact, and what their natural communication looks like.

Flexible and accessible

No travel, no disruption to your child's school day, no geographic limits. Specialist support wherever you are in the world.

In-Person (Melbourne)

Available at the family’s home, in school settings, or in clinic. For families based in Melbourne, Australia.

6 flexible sessions tailored to your child and family’s needs

After your Foundations First assessment, this package offers a supportive and flexible next step. It includes six sessions (“contacts”) which may be used for:

  • 1:1 therapy with your child (at home, school, or online)
  • Parent support sessions or coaching
  • School or nursery liaison (phone calls, meetings, or visits)
  • Resource planning, review, or strategy development
  • Progress check-ins and final summary

Each session is typically up to 60 minutes, with flexibility depending on your child’s engagement, the nature of support, and communication needs.

You’ll receive a mid-point check-in and a short written summary at the end of the block. These are included as part of the six contacts.
